Charles Brindamour is Chief Executive Officer of Intact Financial Corporation. Mr. Brindamour began his career with Intact in 1992 and has held progressively senior roles in Canada and abroad, within Intact and its former affiliates, including Senior Vice President of Personal Lines, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer, culminating with his appointment as President and CEO in January 2008.

Under Mr. Brindamour’s leadership, the Company became an independent and widely-held Canadian company in 2009 and two years later engineered the acquisition of AXA Canada; the largest acquisition in the history of Canada’s property and casualty insurance industry.

Charles Brindamour is a graduate of Laval University in Actuarial Sciences and an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society. He is a board member of Intact Financial Corporation, Hydro One Limited, the C.D. Howe Institute, Branksome Hall, and the Insurance Bureau of Canada. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the University of Waterloo’s Climate Change Adaptation Project, serves on the advisory board of Gibraltar Growth Corporation and is co-chair of Laval University’s “Grande Campagne”.

Patrick Barbeau is Senior Vice President, Claims at Intact Insurance. In this role, Mr. Barbeau has overall responsibility for claims operations across the country.

Before being appointed to his current position, he was Senior Vice President of Personal Lines from December 2013 to April 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Barbeau was Vice President of Personal Lines from 2011 to 2013. In that position, he was responsible for Personal Lines rating and underwriting for the Quebec region. As part of his duties, he was involved in the AXA Canada and Jevco integration activities.

Mr. Barbeau joined ING Canada in 2000 in the Actuarial department. He was appointed Manager of the Actuarial Department at belairdirect in 2003. In 2004, he became Vice President, Underwriting at belairdirect and later Vice President, Quebec Region, at belairdirect.

In 2008, Mr. Barbeau became Vice President of Marketing and Communications at belairdirect, and was promoted to Deputy, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations in Direct to Consumer Distribution for Intact in 2010.

Mr. Barbeau is a graduate of the Université de Laval à Québec holding an actuarial degree. He is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Martin Beaulieu is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer DTCD. In this role, Mr. Beaulieu oversees the pricing, underwriting, operational planning, finance and human resources activities of belairdirect and Grey Power. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Beaulieu was the Senior Vice President, Personal Lines for Intact Insurance.

Mr. Beaulieu joined Intact in 1988 as an actuary for Le Groupe Commerce. From 1992 to 1996, he held actuarial positions in Amsterdam and in Atlanta. Upon his return to Canada, he was Vice-President, Reinsurance, Vice President, Claims for belairdirect and Intact Insurance (Québec region) in 1999 and Senior Vice-President, Claims in 2002.

Mr. Beaulieu has a Bachelor of actuarial science degree from Laval University and he is a member of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Alan Blair is Senior Vice President for Intact Insurance in Atlantic Canada.

Alan joined the Wellington Insurance Company in 1984 and took on progressive roles in claims, marketing, business development and business unit management. He was later appointed Regional Vice President, Southwestern Ontario, based in London in 1995.

During his tenure in London, Alan oversaw the business integration of the Wellington, Guardian, Zurich and Allianz insurance companies in Southwestern Ontario, growing revenues from $16 million to $225 million.

In July 2005, Alan accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Atlantic Division, providing leadership for operations in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. Based in Halifax, Alan has led the business integration of AXA Canada and Jevco in the region.

Mr. Blair holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of Toronto and proceeded with Management Studies in the University of Michigan Executive Education Program.

Alan Blair , , , Senior Vice President, Atlantic Canada

Mr. Blais was named President of Intact Insurance in September 2011 after leading all aspects of AXA’s operations in Canada for seven years as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director.

Mr. Blais has been in the insurance business for more than 20 years. He began his career in 1988 as an Actuary with AXA Canada. In 1996, he was appointed Vice President, Underwriting and Personal Lines and, in 2000 Executive Vice President of AXA Assurances in Quebec. In 2004 he became President and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Canada and was also named to the company’s Board of Directors. He held these positions until his appointment as President of Intact Insurance. Mr. Blais also sat on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Bureau of Canada from 2004 to 2011.

A graduate of Université Laval in Actuarial Science, Mr. Blais is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Sonya Côté was appointed Senior Vice President,Corporate Audit Services in November 2015. In this role, Ms Côté leads the development and the delivery of internal audit activity and also ensures that Intact is in accordance with the expected standards of corporate governance, compliance and ethics. Prior to her current appointment, Ms Côté was Vice-President Finance and Controller at Intact where she was responsible for the reporting and accounting operations of IFC and its P&C subsidiaries.

Prior to joining the company in 2011 as part of the AXA Canada acquisition, Ms Côté held various positions in finance at both AXA Canada and at a large Canadian bank. She started her career in a large audit firm, working closely with financial institutions.

Ms Côté brings over 20 years of expertise in reporting, financial planning, systems implementation, internal controls and operations.

Ms Côté holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University. She is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA).

Frédéric Cotnoir is Senior Vice-President, Corporate and Legal Services and Secretary of Intact since May 5, 2016. In this role Mr. Cotnoir is responsible for Intact’s legal, compliance and corporate secretarial functions. Prior to joining Intact, Mr. Cotnoir was a partner at McCarthy Tétrault, where he practised law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities laws, corporate governance and the regulation of financial institutions. He was also a member of the Board of Partners.

Frédéric has a law degree from Sherbrooke University and Queen’s University and a Masters in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics.

Frédéric Cotnoir , , , Senior Vice President, Corporate and Legal Services and Secretary

Debbie Coull-Cicchini accepted a position with Intact Insurance Company of Canada in February 2005 to lead the Ontario Division and is currently Senior Vice President, Ontario. She is responsible for the performance of Ontario in all lines of the Property and Casualty business. This role also encompasses the Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Specialty Line areas for Ontario.

Previously, Debbie held various senior management roles with CIBC Branch Banking in the Greater Toronto Area. Her experience in retail banking led to her next role as Vice President and National Sales Leader with President’s Choice Financial.

After spending two years with President’s Choice Financial, Debbie expanded her retail banking experience into the United States with the appointment to Senior Vice-President of AMICUS Bank. She spent four years at AMICUS Bank with their U.S. Pre-Launch team in Orlando, New Business team in Virginia and led the operations of Safeway Select Bank in San Francisco. Continuing her US experience, Debbie worked with First National Bank of Pennsylvania as Executive Vice-President of Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Marketing from 2003 to 2004.

Debbie holds a BA in Economics from McMaster University in Hamilton and an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Debbie Coull-Cicchini , , , Senior Vice President, Ontario

Joe D’Annunzio was appointed Senior Vice President, Specialty Solutions and Surety of Intact Insurance in May 2016. In this role, he is responsible for leading a new national department to increase its focus on growing its commercial lines specialty solutions business. Mr. D’Annunzio will work with brokers to reinforce Intact’s commitment and support them in meeting the changing needs of their customers.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. D’Annunzio was Regional Vice President of the Mississauga region, responsible for the performance of the Regional Operation and 160 Brokers in all lines of the Property and Casualty business. During his term in Mississauga, Joe oversaw the business integration of the AXA and Jevco insurance companies in the Mississauga region, growing sales from $200 million to $530 million (DPW). Joe joined Intact through the Zurich acquisition in 2002.

Mr. D’Annunzio has held a variety of roles across the business, including Regional Vice President of Ottawa and Northern Ontario region, Regional Vice President of Durham region and Vice President of Ontario Novex Personal Lines. Prior to joining Intact, he was Vice President of National Sales at Zurich Canada. He has more than 22 years of industry experience including running a brokerage and being Regional Manager for a major U.S. insurer.

Mr. D’Annunzio graduated with a Business Degree from Brock University and also studied Business Administration at University of California, Los Angeles.

Jean-François Desautels has been Senior Vice President of the Quebec Division of Intact Insurance since 2014.

Mr. Desautels began his career in the insurance industry as a broker. He later joined Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) where he worked in various roles in business development, underwriting and operational management.

After joining Intact Insurance in 2003, he held a number of management positions in Business Development and Claims. In 2006, Mr. Desautels became Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting for Quebec and Ontario at belairdirect.

More recently, Jean-François was a Regional Vice President with Intact Insurance, developing solid expertise in managing relations with the brokerage network. In addition to his operational planning and management duties, he played an active role in integrating the business of AXA Canada and Jevco into Intact’s operations in Quebec.

Mr. Desautels holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the École des sciences de la gestion, part of the Université du Québec à Montréal. He has also completed the Executive Development Course and the Advanced Management Course at the McGill Executive Institute.

He has recently become Chairman of the Board of the Insurance Bureau of Canada’s Quebec division. He is also on the Board of the Coalition pour la promotion des professions en assurance de dommages (Damage Insurance Coalition).

Jean-François Desautels , , , Senior Vice President, Quebec – Intact Insurance

Monika Federau was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at Intact Financial Corporation in December 2013. In this role Ms. Federau leads the development of our corporate strategies, oversees our branding, government relations and communications initiatives.

She joined Intact in 2010 as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Intact Insurance where she was responsible for developing national advertising, communication and sponsorship strategies to build Intact Insurance’s consumer brand and the development of the Intact Insurance web experience for consumers and the research function.

Prior to joining Intact in 2010, Ms. Federau lived in Hong Kong working for Manulife Financial responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Manulife’s brand regionally in Asia.

Monika began her career in the insurance industry in product development, sales and marketing. She also assumed senior marketing and operations roles at software and e-commerce companies where she was responsible for customer acquisition and revenue generation in Canada, the U.S. and Australia. She also worked for a web consulting firm where her major clients were leading Canadian insurance and wealth management companies.

Ms. Federau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from York University and an MBA from Queen’s University.

Anne Fortin joined Intact in 2011 as Deputy Senior Vice President, Marketing, and in 2013 became Senior Vice President Marketing and Strategic Relationship for Direct to Consumers Distribution (DTCD).

In 2016, she was appointed Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, DTCD. Responsible for ensuring and fostering the growth of belairdirect across the country, and also for Anthony Insurance in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ms. Fortin brings extensive expertise in marketing, communications, brand development and digital experience to this role.

Prior to joining Intact, Ms. Fortin was the Vice President and Managing Director of draftfcb, one of the largest global advertising agency networks, heading their Montreal office. During her 18 years with the agency, she worked on marketing programs with clients in a wide range of fields including telecommunications, finance and air transport.

Ms. Fortin holds a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy from the Université de Montréal and completed her MBA at Concordia University.

Anne Fortin , , , Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Direct to Consumer Distribution

Mr. Gagnon was appointed President Service & Distribution in December 2013. In this role, Mr. Gagnon oversees the development and the expansion of belairdirect, BrokerLink as well as international initiatives and ventures while overseeing Intact’s Claims activities. Before this role, Mr. Gagnon was President and Chief Operating Officer of Intact Financial Corporation for two years. He was also President of Intact Insurance from 2008 to 2011. He joined Intact Insurance as Senior Vice-President, Québec division in January 2007.

After working several years in the banking and consulting businesses, Mr. Gagnon began his insurance career in 1992. Prior to joining Intact, Mr. Gagnon headed a successful brokerage, with offices in Québec and Ontario, and was active within the provincial and national brokers’ associations. Mr. Gagnon is past President of the Regroupement des cabinets de courtage d’assurance du Québec (RCCAQ) and Director of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC).

Mr. Gagnon earned a B.A. in Economic Science from the Université de Montréal and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.

Louis Gagnon , , , President Service & Distribution

Darren Godfrey was appointed Senior Vice President, Personal Lines of Intact Insurance in May 2016. In this role, he is responsible for the evolution of Intact Insurance’s personal lines strategies and for increasing its competitive advantages in underwriting, pricing and product development.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Godfrey was appointed Regional Vice President in Calgary in January 2015, responsible for growing Intact Insurance’s business in Alberta via its network of independent brokers while implementing its personal and commercial lines strategies. In addition to enhancing the company’s competitive advantages, Mr. Godfrey was responsible for the underwriting and operations teams in Calgary.

For two years prior Mr. Godfrey was the Deputy Senior Vice President of Claims for the West Division, responsible for Intact Insurance's claims functions in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba, and a member of the national claims management team. He has also held other Vice President roles in claims, personal lines underwriting and actuarial services since joining the organisation in 2001.

Mr. Godfrey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 1989 and a Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University (Australia) in 1991. Since 1999, Mr. Godfrey is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Darren Godfrey , , , Senior Vice President, Personal Lines

Karim Hirji was appointed Senior Vice President, International & Ventures in October 2015. In this role, Mr. Hirji is responsible for IFC's international expansion efforts, as well as deploying capital to expand IFC’s core competencies and invest in new ventures. As part of his mandate, Mr. Hirji has been leading the advancement of products and partnerships within the sharing economy.

Mr. Hirji joined the company in 2001 in Vancouver where he worked in both personal lines and commercial lines underwriting management. In 2005, he moved to Toronto and assumed leadership roles in corporate commercial lines, finance and most recently in distribution as Regional Vice-President for Intact Insurance.

Mr. Hirji has an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Insurance Professional.

Mathieu Lamy was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in May 2016. In this role, Mr. Lamy is responsible for Information Technology and Intact Lab Team.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lamy was Senior Vice President, Claims responsible for the overall claims operations across the country. Before that, Mr. Lamy led AXA Canada’s property and casualty insurance operations in Ontario and the Atlantic Provinces as Executive Vice President.

Mr. Lamy is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Laval University.

Mathieu Lamy , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mr. Lessard was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Commercial Lines, in September 2011. In this role, he is responsible for developing and delivering Intact Insurance's strategy for commercial lines underwriting, pricing and product development.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lessard served as Executive Vice President, Property/Casualty Insurance at AXA Canada. As such, he oversaw all of AXA’s property and casualty insurance teams and operations in Quebec.

Mr. Lessard began his career in 1982 at La Prévoyance, compagnie d’assurance, which later became Boréal Assurances and was acquired by AXA in 1994. Initially responsible for the home sector and then the automobile sector in the Actuarial Services Department, he was subsequently appointed the department head and, in 1988, Manager, Actuarial Services – Corporate. Between 1991 and 1999, he occupied various roles as a vice president before being appointed Senior Vice President, Actuarial Services and Reinsurance, in 2000. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Lessard was the Chief Risk Officer at AXA France.

Mr. Lessard holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Laval University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Alain Lessard , , , Senior Vice President, Commercial Lines

Louis Marcotte was appointed as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in December 2013. In his previous role, Mr. Marcotte was the Senior Vice President of Strategic Distribution, which saw him overseeing Intact’s investments in the broker network and the development of financial solutions for the company’s brokers and partners. Prior that, Mr. Marcotte was Treasurer of Intact Financial Corporation responsible for Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Treasury.

Mr. Marcotte has more than 25 years of progressive international experience in financial management with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, system implementation, public reporting and tax planning.

He is a graduate of McGill University, a Fellow of the Quebec Order of CPA’s and serves as President and Chairman of the Quebec Chapter of Financial Executive International Canada.

Louis Marcotte , , , SVP Finance & CFO

Lucie Martel became Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Intact Financial Corporation in September 2011. In her current role, she is responsible for Intact's human resource strategies, policies and programs. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Martel was a Senior Vice President at AXA Canada. She has more than 30 years’ experience in strategic management of human resources and labour relations, with corporations including Laurentian Bank (where she was Vice President, Human Resources Management and Development), Direct Film and Uniroyal.

Ms. Martel has a degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Société des alcools du Québec and chairs the human resources committee.

Lucie Martel , , , Senior Vice President, CHRO

Benoit Morissette was appointed Chief Risk Officer at Intact Financial Corporation on January 1, 2016. In this role Mr. Morissette is responsible to provide risk management leadership to the organisation at the corporate strategic and business management level.

Mr. Morissette joined Intact in 2001 as Vice President Actuarial. After a number of progressive assignments, in 2010 he took the role of Deputy Senior Vice President responsible for pricing and underwriting for the Direct To Consumer Distribution channel. In February 2013, Mr. Morissette was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor, where he led the development and implementation of Intact’s internal audit activities and ensured that Intact is in accordance with the expected standards of corporate governance, compliance and ethics.

Throughout his career, Mr. Morissette served on various committees of the Insurance Bureau of Canada, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Canadian Association of Direct Relationship Insurers.

Mr. Morissette holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences from Laval University and he is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Benoit Morissette , , , Chief Risk Officer

Jennie Moushos has been leading the activities of Intact Insurance in Western Canada since February 2012. Prior to joining Intact in the Fall of 2011 as Deputy Senior Vice President, Western Canada, Ms. Moushos was the Executive Vice President of AXA Pacific Insurance Company, a position that she held since 2003. In that role she assumed the responsibility for all business operations of AXA Canada in Western Canada, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories. Ms. Moushos joined AXA Canada in 1995 where she served in various senior roles following five years in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions. Ms. Moushos is a Certified Management Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University and a Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.

Ms. Moushos was a co-founder of the Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade, BC Chapter and Co-Chair of the WICC BC Steering Committee from 2004 to 2006. She was also a member of an industry task force promoting the development of an Insurance and Risk Management Program at the BC Institute of Technology.

Jennie Moushos , , , Senior Vice President, Western Canada

Appointed to his current position in 2014, Mr. Muehlemann oversees Intact Financial Corporation invested assets as well as those of its affiliates, assorted mutual funds and selected special purpose portfolios for institutional investors. In his role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of value-added investment strategies and portfolio management techniques for $15 billion in assets.

M. Muehlemann joined Intact in 1999 and has supervised the equity portfolio management team for nearly ten years. Over the years he managed several equity mandates and implemented value added investment strategies. He has also supervised the operations of Intact Investment Management.

Mr. Muehlemann earned his Master in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Colorectal Cancer Association.

Werner Muehlemann , , , Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Intact Investment Management

Jack Ott is Senior Vice President, Innovation Partnerships at Intact Financial Corporation. Mr. Ott is responsible for building relationships with innovative organizations that can contribute to the realization of Intact Financial Corporation’s strategic plans. These partnerships include, among others, emerging technology companies, broker organizations and educational institutions. Mr. Ott is chair of Intact Financial Corporation’s Venture Investment Review committee which makes recommendations for the deployment of capital to new ventures.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Ott was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Intact Financial Corporation for eight years. During that time he led the transformation of many of the company's core IT platforms and championed the development of leading distribution systems in both the direct and broker channels. He played a key role in the IT integration of several acquisitions. He began his career at Intact as Vice President, Systems Development, for ING Canada's Central Atlantic Region.

Mr. Ott joined the firm in 2005 with the acquisition of Allianz Canada, where he served as Senior Vice President and CIO. Previously, he worked in the information technology group at Munich Reinsurance (Canadian Life Branch). There he progressed through various leadership roles before assuming overall responsibility for information technology.

Mr. Ott is a graduate of the University of Toronto and studied Business Administration at Ryerson Polytechnic University. He is active in the community, serves as a board member for The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations and chairs the Insurance Bureau of Canada’s Information Technology Oversight Committee.

Jack Ott , , , Senior Vice President, Innovation Partnerships

Lilia Sham is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, of Intact Financial Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for all the mergers and acquisitions activities of the company. She was the project leader for the company’s IPO in 2004 and managed the process for the secondary offering by ING Groep in early 2009. Previously, she was also responsible for Investor Relations and Strategic Planning.

Before joining Intact, Lilia was Vice President, Strategic Marketing for ING Americas. In that role, she was involved in numerous M&A transactions of ING in the US and Latin America.

Prior to joining ING, Lilia was an Actuarial Consultant at Towers Perrin and was known in the US life insurance industry for her expertise in variable and equity-indexed products. She also participated in many actuarial appraisals for international life insurance clients.

Lilia holds a Masters of Science degree from Rutgers University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Lilia Sham , , , Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Mark Tullis is Vice Chairman, Intact Financial Corporation. Mr. Tullis assists the CEO with M&A strategy and talent management, and is a member of a number of management committees, including IFC’s Risk Committee and Operational Investment Committee. He is Chairman of Intact Investment Management, and helps with Board communication. Previously, Mr. Tullis was IFC’s Executive Vice President, Governance and Capital Management.

Prior to joining IFC in January 2006, Mr. Tullis was President of Institutional Businesses of ING Americas. Mr. Tullis was Executive Vice-President and Chief Actuary with Primerica, a subsidiary of Citigroup, from 1994 to 1999.

Mr. Tullis holds a Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences degree and brings many years of experience in senior positions within the insurance industry. Mr. Tullis served as a director of the Company’s federal P&C insurance subsidiaries from 2000 to the beginning of 2006.

Mark A. Tullis , , , Vice Chairman

Mr. Weightman is President of BrokerLink. Since joining the company more than 25 years ago, he has held number of leadership positions in both Canada and the United States. Prior to his current appointment, he was Senior Vice-President, Claims, where he was responsible for delivering an industry leading claims experience to IFC customers. Previously, he was Senior Vice-President, Commercial Lines where he was responsible for the development and delivery of Intact’s commercial lines strategy including underwriting, commercial lines pricing, and product development.

Mr. Weightman earned a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Business Education from Illinois State University. He holds a number of professional designations including CPCU, CLU, ChFC and FLMI. He completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 2006.

Don Fox joined Intact Financial Corporation as Executive Vice President on January 1, 2017. He is responsible for overseeing IFC's Investment Management, Corporate Legal, Corporate Development, Audit and Finance functions.

Prior to joining the company, Don spent 29 years in the investment banking business, most recently as Vice Chair Global Investment Banking at CIBC. He was Head of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at CIBC from 2000 to 2015. Prior to CIBC, Don held investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch, Midland Walwyn and Burns Fry. Before entering the investment banking business, Don worked as a financial officer for various junior oil and gas companies and practised as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Don qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
