Marie-Lucie Paradis

Marie-Lucie Paradis was appointed Senior Vice President, Direct Distribution of Intact Financial Corporation in 2021, and is responsible for the operations of Intact’s direct-to-consumer brand, belairdirect, in Canada.

Since joining Intact in 2002, her scope has continued to increase. Ms. Paradis was named Vice President, Claims in 2012 where she actively participated in the integration of AXA Canada and Jevco operations while continuing to manage the claims operations.

In 2017, Ms. Paradis transitioned to distribution at Intact Insurance where she held the roles of Regional Vice President and Vice President, Strategic Distribution and Communications. In those roles, she oversaw the development of Quebec distribution strategies, public affairs positioning, management of distribution projects, and affiliated distributor business development. She also contributed to the implementation of the Intact Insurance agency model.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from both McGill University and HEC Montreal.
