We’re proud to announce that, for the fourth year in a row, Intact Financial Corporation has been named an Aon Best Employer in Canada at the platinum level.
This particular recognition is a point of pride for the company, as it is based on employee surveys and feedback results of our 2017 Employee Engagement Survey.

Criteria in which Intact excels, according to our 2017 Employee Engagement Survey results, include learning and development and effective leadership – two major criteria that Aon Hewitt uses to score us against other organizations.

Evaluation criteria
Using global standards developed for Aon’s Global Best Employer Program, Intact’s employee survey scores on engagement, leadership, performance culture, and employment brand were compared against other organizations in Aon Hewitt’s Canadian Survey Database and the opinions of Canadian employees. Organizations that scored in the top 25 per cent of the Canadian database are awarded the platinum level designation.
