Intact Financial is being recognized for its strong level of employee engagement, leadership, performance culture and employment brand.

Using stringent global standards developed for Aon's Global Best Employer Program, each participating organization's employee survey scores on engagement, leadership, performance culture and employment brand were assessed against Aon Hewitt's Canadian Survey Database and the opinions of Canadian employees. Organizations that score in the top 25 per cent of the Canadian database achieved the platinum level. The Intact Financial Corporation employee survey included responses from Intact Financial Corporation employees working with Intact Insurance, belairdirect and BrokerLink.
