ING Canada will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 2:00 pm ET on May 16, 2007 at the Juliette-Lassonde Arts Center, 1705 Saint-Antoine Street in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, to celebrate the centennial of operations of the Commerce Group, which eventually became ING Insurance. The meeting will be webcast on the ING Canada's website.
