ING Canada (TSX: IIC) will release its first quarter results for 2009 on Wednesday, May 13 at approximately 6:00 a.m. ET and will host an investors conference call to review its results later that same morning at 10:00 am ET.

At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to approve among other things a resolution authorizing the change of the name of the company to Intact Financial Corporation.
