Are you interested in joining a winning team and truly making a difference? Here’s what you can expect during the recruitment process.

Apply online

  • Fill out your profile and submit your resume online. Someone from our hiring team will review your application promptly.

Telephone Interview

  • Are your skills and interests a good fit for a position that’s currently available? We’ll contact you to complete a pre-screening telephone interview that lasts between 20 to 30 minutes.

Face-to-Face Interview

  • Meeting you in person is an important step in the hiring process. The interview lasts approximately one hour where you will be asked a series of behavioral based questions. This gives us a good idea of your experience and technical skills. Depending on the position you apply for, testing and multiple interviews may be required. For instance, we may require you to take aptitude, language, personality and technical tests, either before or after the interview.

Background Check and Additional Questions

  • If you’re a suitable candidate, we’ll proceed with a background check which could include a criminal and credit check and review your past professional and academic references(Depending on the role, we may also check your driving record) This may take a few days, but rest assured we’ll be in touch with you throughout the process. Our hiring team will be pleased to answer whatever questions you might have.

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the personal information that is provided to us. When you create a candidate profile in response to a job posting, your personal information will be used for the specific purpose of recruitment and hiring and will be reviewed by our Human Resources Department, and/or other management with hiring-related duties. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first contacting you and obtaining your consent.

This information will be kept in our online database, for a period of approximately two years, unless you choose to remove it. You have the right to correct, update or delete your personal information on our database at any time before accepting employment with us.
