How to connect to next-generation Virtual PC from outside the office

Before you start…
You need one of the following:

  • Your RSA SecurID token, either physical or an app for iPhone or Android (requires a PIN)
  • A twelve-character RSA SecurID personal authentication code by email (no PIN required)
If you don’t have your token or code, or if you can’t remember your PIN, call the IT Helpdesk at 1 888 495 6911.

  2. Enter the following information:

    • User name: Your Windows user name
    • SecurID: Enter one of the following:
      • Your PIN followed by the six-digit code appearing on your RSA token
      • Your twelve-character RSA SecurID authentication code as-is
    • Password: Your Windows password

Important! If your login using a token is unsuccessful, with the message “Incorrect credentials. Try again.” wait for the next code on your token to appear before trying again.
